What is a Late Payment?
There are three types of late payments that can appear on your credit report: 30-day late payment, 60-day late payment, and a 90-day late payment. While a 30-day late payment can damage your score slightly, it's the 90-day late payment that can bring your score down almost as much as a bankruptcy! We're talking as much as 200 points!
