Annual Free Credit Report Info

Sunday, October 9th, 2011

Just think about going into a real estate office to purchase a brand new home or perhaps even getting into a deal to finance for a newer car and you get let down over troubles with your annual free credit report. How would you deal with this and get the time to fix the issues that are on your report? Tons of people overlook to check on their credit report except when it is too late and they have to mend all the issues.

The issue is that when you are attempting to finance for something you truly want like a really low priced home or if the automobile you always wanted goes on sale you desire it right then before you miss out. And if your annual free credit report is terrible it can demand heaps of time to fix all the errors and by the time it is complete your home or car could have been sold to somebody else and you have to start looking all over once again.

Just look at all the time you could have vested with looking for the item that you are fully prepared to finance for and you end up losing out on it over something uncomplicated that you could have fixed months ago. Most people face this issue and they end up regretting it since they might not experience the identical deal ever again. You do not want to go through this like some other people so it is a genuine thought to fix it now!

But missing out on something like a lovely priced home or car can really put you in a terrible mood and detour you from wanting to go forward with purchasing another home or car for some time. It demands a lot of your time and free energy just to look around and wasting all the time for nothing can truly be disheartening. Taking care of this fast is the best thing to do.

So with all this said it is a positive idea to get the time out of your day as soon as possible and find and understand what is on your credit report beforehand so that you do not get hit with a surprise that you will repent at a later day. Having to manage with issues on your credit report will take tons of time to have adjusted and it can be irritating if there are errors on there that you have to dispute.

“I just got my last credit reports and they are now in order! Your documentation asks customers to give you 12 months to work on this, yet it did not take you twelve months in my case. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am. Before I contacted you… my credit score… was a very poor 595. After using your service I went back to that website and recomputed my credit score… it is now 713!!!… So I am indeed cancelling your service, a bit earlier than expected, but just because you did your job faster than expected!”

How Much Does Credit Cost?

Monday, February 28th, 2011

Like it or not, credit is a necessity. From the house that you live in to the car that you drive, your credit score impacts almost every facet of your life. With today’s economic challenges, it has become more important than ever to achieve and maintain a healthy credit score.

For those with poor credit, increased interest rates may further inflate the cost of living, making even trivial purchases seem difficult. A poor credit score can cost you hundreds each month in interest payments, or can keep you from getting approved for credit altogether. Use the calculator below to see how much money having a poor credit score could cost you:

For details on how this information is estimated, please click here.

Numbers like this make it easy to see the financial burden created by poor credit, but the real cost is more difficult to measure. Poor credit affects more than your finances, it can also attack your sense of security, and limit your personal freedom.

Fortunately, the cost of working with Lexington Law to take action on your credit is much easier to quantify. Their services start at an affordable $39.95 a month.

For about the same price of a monthly cable bill how can you afford not to take action on your credit?

You Can Increase And Improve Your Credit Score

Monday, January 10th, 2011

The credit system may seem like a private conversation between your creditors and the credit bureaus, but this conversation is not complete until you have joined it. You have the right to question any information on your credit reports that you feel may be inaccurate, untimely, misleading, incomplete, ambiguous, unverifiable, biased or unclear (“questionable.”) If an item cannot be verified, then it must be removed.

Lexington Law Firm helps you become part of the credit conversation through time tested services that incorporate innovative dispute methodologies, creditor interventions, and other credit repair methods that make full use of your credit rights as established by the Fair Credit Reporting Act  and other federal laws.

While these laws give you a way to address credit issues on your own, acting on them takes more than a letter, a stamp and crossed fingers, it takes experience and perseverance. Many who try to repair their own credit are discouraged by a series of road blocks that lead them to end their fight for fair credit in frustration and despair.

740: The New Standard For Qualifying Credit Scores

Tuesday, January 12th, 2010

It seems like just yesterday that you could get a subprime loan with a 640 credit score. Boy, those were the days weren’t they? Just about anybody could qualify for a house. Now, we’ve swung the other direction. Just after the demise of the mortgage industry in 2007, the minimum required credit score was raised to 680, then 700, and now… this. (more…)
